Bugs flagged in Tecplot 360 2010 Release 1. [Released May 2010]
Bug # Summary
--------
13369, 13329 Crash in tecxxx.cpp when writing a binary file with variable sharing. (Similar issue reported with FORTRAN using more than six zones.) Fixed: 12.2.0.10050 or newer.
13143 When overwriting a large packaged layout (.lpk) file, Tecplot can crash if not all of the data is loaded into memory first. Fixed: 12.2.0.10050 or newer.
13137 On Linux and Mac, data entry dialogs do not display Unicode characters. Layouts with Unicode in them are fine, though, and rendering the characters is done correctly. This is a limitation of the version (2.2) OpenMotif we bundle with Tecplot. Workaround: Input text with an external editor like vim. We will try to address this in Tecplot 360 2011.
13138 Data Format Guide for Tecplot Focus has numerous sections with blank pages. Workaround: use this version. The only significant difference in file format is Focus does not support polyhedral data.
13511 When running Tecplot on HP/UX in mesa mode, fails to start because it can't find /3rdpartylibs Fixed: 12.2.0.10155 or newer.
13511 Assertion when loading EnSight data containing cut-out holes (and dangling cells) Fixed:12.2.0.10155 or newer.
15798 Macro results from Forces + Moments calculation are unavailable to macro Fixed:12.2.0.10155 or newer.
----- On Linux Itanium (only), complex CFD analyzer functions may crash Tecplot due to unhidden symbols when. Fixed:12.2.0.10700 or newer.
